8. use of google maps
We use the component "Google Maps" of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as Google, on our site.
Google sets a cookie each time the "Google Maps" component is called up in order to process user settings and data when the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated is displayed. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted when you close your browser, but expires after a certain period of time unless you delete it manually beforehand.
If you do not agree with this processing of your data, it is possible to deactivate the "Google Maps" service and thus prevent the transmission of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you cannot use "Google Maps" or can only use it to a limited extent.
The use of "Google Maps" and the information obtained via Google Maps is governed by the Google Terms of Use.
http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html
and the additional terms and conditions for "Google Maps".
https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
9. use of google adwords
We also use the Google advertising tool "Google-Adwords" to advertise our website. As part of this, we use the "Conversion Tracking" analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google" on our website. If you have reached our website via a Google advertisement, a cookie is stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser stores on your computer. These so-called "conversion cookies" lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve your personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that you as a user have clicked on one of our ads placed with Google and have been forwarded to our page.
The information collected using "conversion cookies" is used by Google to compile visit statistics for our website. These statistics tell us the total number of users who clicked on our ad, as well as which pages of our site each user subsequently visited. However, we or others who advertise through Google Adwords do not receive any personally identifiable information.
You can prevent the installation of the "conversion cookies" by making the appropriate settings in your browser, such as a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or specifically blocks only the cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain.
You will find Google's data protection declaration in this regard under the following link:https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html
10. use of google remarketing
We use the Google Remarketing service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google" on our website. Google remarketing allows us to serve ads to users who have visited our site in the past. Within the Google advertising network, this allows us to display ads on our site that are tailored to your interests. Google Remarketing uses cookies for this evaluation. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website. This makes it possible to recognise our visitors as soon as they visit these websites within Google's advertising network. In this way, within the Google advertising network, advertisements can be presented that relate to content previously accessed by the visitor on Google's advertising network websites that also use Google's remarketing function. Google does not collect any personal data. You can deactivate this function if you make the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads.
11. newsletter
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you agree to the owner of the e-mail address provided and to receive the newsletter. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and offers.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, e-mail address and their use to send the newsletter at any time, for example via the "Login" link in the newsletter. For this reason we ask you to inform yourself about our data protection measures at regular intervals by inspecting our data protection declaration.
12. cookies
Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser during your next visit. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
13. use of facebook social plugins
This offer uses social plugins ("Plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ When a user accesses a website of this offer that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the website by it. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs the user according to his level of knowledge: By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or commenting, the corresponding information is transferred directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out his IP address and save it. According to Facebook, only an anonymous IP address is stored in Germany. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the relevant rights and setting options to protect the privacy of users can be found in Facebook's data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him via this offer and link it with his Facebook stored member data, he must log out of Facebook before visiting the website. It is also possible to block Facebook social plug-ins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the "Facebook Blocker".
14. twitter
This offer uses the buttons of the Twitter service. These buttons are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. They can be identified by terms such as "Twitter" or "episode" combined with a stylized blue bird. With the help of the buttons it is possible to share a contribution or page of this offer on Twitter or to follow the provider on Twitter. If a user accesses a website of this Internet presence that contains such a button, his browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of Twitter. The content of the Twitter button is transmitted by Twitter directly to the user's browser. The provider therefore has no influence on the amount of data that Twitter collects with the help of this plugin and informs the user according to his level of knowledge. According to this, only the IP address of the user is transmitted along with the URL of the respective website when the button is purchased, but it is not used for purposes other than the display of the button.
Further information can be found in Twitter's privacy policy at twitter.com/privacy.
